Constantinos Pavlides is a Drummer/Tutor/Author born in Nicosia, Cyprus 1982.

About

Constantinos graduated from the Nakas Conservatory in Athens, Greece in 2005 with a diploma in Drums and Modern Music. He later moved to the Netherlands where he took private lessons with several jazz drummers, as well as actively participating in Drum Masterclasses. Later in 2010 he graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague in The Netherlands with a BA in Jazz Drums.

He toured Europe multiple times and has performed in well-known international festivals. He also shared the stage with world class acts.

He has played on a plethora of Albums, EPs and singles for various bands and artists worldwide and collaborated with movie composers as well as recorded on film soundtracks.

He is the author of the “Live Well - Drum Well” book.

Founding member of the Rock band BAREBONE (2014 - present). The band performed in all the major venues in Cyprus, as well as clubs and venues in Slovakia and Czech Rep. Barebone has also performed in well-known international festivals worldwide such as:

Sulphur played all over Cyprus and Greece, and more notably supported world class acts such as:

Paradise Lost (July 2009)

As a jazz drummer he performed live at a wide variety of venues and events in Cyprus, Greece and Holland with different ensembles such as piano trios, horn quartets and quintets. He performed several times as part of the Royal Conservatory big band (2007-2010). Substituted for legendary jazz drummer Peter Erskine as a rehearsal drummer (March 2009).
